Our Adult Taekwondo classes offer a safe, supportive space for anyone looking to build fitness, confidence, and practical skills—no matter your starting point. We understand that you’re not as young as you used to be, and that you have work, family, and real‑life responsibilities. That’s why we train you to YOUR limits, not the limits of someone half your age. Your safety and wellbeing always come first.

In every session, we focus on clean technique, effective self‑defence methods, and controlled, achievable fitness work. You’ll learn a wide range of kicks, strikes, and movement skills while training alongside like‑minded adults who are here to improve themselves, have fun, and make new friends.

We follow the British Taekwondo Syllabus, guiding you step‑by‑step through your progression. Whether your goal is to explore Kyorugi (sparring), develop your Poomsae (patterns), work toward your next belt, or simply enjoy the journey, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
